I am unmarried working in a corporate company and I am into a relationship with a married woman without knowing that she is married.
I came to know about her marriage when she is pragnant and there on I am supporting her financially for which I have evidences for her and the kid.
She has put her husbands name in the birth certificate and I regularly visits her homw and spent time with the kid but now she is not allowing me to come and there is no access that I can see the boy.
The boy is 4 years old now and I use to have a good rapport with him.
Do i get any rights on the boy if I am better educated than the Parents and the question I belong to Backward caste and she belong to General category. By considering the child future - shall I get any rights on the boy regarding the schooling and other guidance.
