Riotwari act

Respected Sirs,

I want to know the following information

1. Information as to  what kind of lands are comming under the Estate abolition and convertion into riotwari Act, i.e whether nanja  ( wet irigated)or  punja ( rain fed)  land or natham (housing land)  or all thease .

2. Information asto who are eligible to apply for patta i.e whether individuals or a public or private limitted company or HUF or all these under Estate abolition and conversion into riotwari Act.

3. Information asto who are riots under Estate abolition and convertion into riotwari act and whether riot includes public or private company.

4 Information as to  whether riot can sell the tenancy right to third persion before obtaining patta under Estate abolition and convertion into riotwari act and the persion or the  private Company  so purchased can apply for patta under the Act

5.If a public or private company which had purchsed the tenancy right of dry uncultivable punja  land, had applied for patta and was issued patta in the Company's name, is there any remedy to nullify the patta in the hands of the original patta holders.What is the diference if the original patta holder did not give the dry uncultivable punja lands to any body . ( the company created bogus sale deed from third party as if tenancy was there.

the  top revenue authorities  of tamil nadu takes a stand that eventhough fradulent patta was given ,after a long   30 years of its settlement ,it can not be reopened.If reopened by court ,it will lead to many others will come on the same way.

First you obtain all the information through RTI, find out the discrimination/scandals that happened with concrete proof, then proceed with legal action as is envisaged in law.
