I have purchased a plot in HMDA layout, Final approval is yet to come for this site, The venture is of 2017, submited layout plan to HMDA as well, Lately, after purchasing the plot I came to know that one of the survey number of the venture is under dispute. When I enquired about the survey number, am getting status as covered by Court stay, AS.No. 283/2018 is the notification number on 05/03/2018 and other reference is I.A. No. 1/2018 and the survey number is 182, Kardhanur, Patancheru, SangaReddy district Telangana.
Can any one let me know how can I proceed to know what is the dispute and why is that, Am I at risk in buying the plot in this survey.
