Hi, I got an offer from CITI Bank for below Credit card and made an onlibe application then i got the below mail from citi bank, please go through it,

currently unable to approve your application for a Citibank Card, as
feedback from Credit Bureau of India Ltd (CIBIL) does not meet our
minimum credit criteria.Please note this does not mean negative credit feedback.

the thing is when i'm using a gold credit card from citi bank with very good credit limit, but still i'm not meeting there credit criteria, okh
i want to make an application through RTI to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd) to know about my credit history and other informatios of mine which they have, but i don;t know how to apply using RTI act,
I would be happy if amy once can help me by sending the procidure,
