I worked with a tourism company( Jubilant Tourism pvt. ltd.) which I joined on 25th October 2012 and i left it on 16th March 2013 for some personal reasons. The director had not given me an offer letter. I asked for it but, he ignored my request but after 3 months working continuously.. I felt he was pressurizing me for business concerns and had also stopped my salary for the month of Feb-mar 2013 and i left the company. I asked for the settlement of my salary and since then he has been giving me to and fro dates and avoiding the conversation. The total amonut for settlement is INR 25000 and he had given me a cheque of INR 15000 dated 20th Apr'2012, which had bounced.
Pls. provide me with further assistance what kind of legal action can be taken in this case?
