Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Gajendra from chennai worked at belair corpopration (p) ltd., and later resigned for unco-operative behaviour by the company employees as well as company CEO who is worked under company's MD. This company deals in Capital market i.e., online shares and commodities trading, registered under NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX and other national exchanges who comes under SEBI control. The company is not paying the remaining salary for the 12 days worked in august 2011 and each and every time they explaining new reason for not giving salary and sometime when i repeteadly calling for salary, then they telling that company will not pay the salary if you leave the job in-between. The salary amount is rupees 8800 for 12 working days in august 2011 as calculated on the basis of welcome letter issued by the company (22000 per month). So What i have to do now company CEO not allowing me to meet the Manging director of the company also they are not providing me the mobile nos. and email id of the MD.
