Samjhauta Blast - NON-SENSITIVITY OF INVESTIGATIVE AGENCY

Dear Readers,

                         Pl react.

Aseemanand has has given some statement before a Magistrate . Now it is an Evidence

BUT can it be an evidence against others unless corroborative evidence is found.

Also it involves Pakistan Nationals , killed in the Blast. It has National, International Rmifications. It involves Intellegence, Counter Intelligence (Like IB/RAW and its failure to get inputs beforehand and also Military Intelligence if Army personnel is involved) .

It involves Foreign Affairs for Foreign Policy with regard to TERRORISM. CONVERSELY IT INVOLVES PMO itself.

My POINT OF DEBATE IS :

IF SO MANY AGENCIES ARE INVOLVED, and having such far reaching ramifications , how and why such sensitive information of statement before a Magistrate (MUST be in CLOSED DOORS)  is LEAKED TO THE PRESS AND TO THEW WHOLE WORLD.

In my opinion  NO COUNTRY in WORLD , EVEN THE US , would have allowed such LEAKS TO THE MEDIA.

Weekileaks is making public after many years , that too not so sensitive infos , and there is a STORM in US and EUROPE.

BUT in INDIA NO ONE IS RAISING HIS EYEBROWS.

LET his Statements be INVESTIGATED , CORROBORATIVE EVIDENCE BE FOUND, CHARGESHEET BE FILED, PEOPLE ARRESTED, and ONLY THEN THE INFOS BE MADE PUBLIC. OTHERWISE THE SECRECY ELEMENT IS LOST. .

IS IT NOT OUR AGENCIES FAILURE TO BE SECRETIVE or THEY ARE SO IGNORANT ABOUT ITS RAMIFICATIONS ?

LET SOMEONE REPRIMAND THEM ON SUCH CALLOUSNESS.

                PL REACT.

With regards, Suresh Godbole, 0-9929596546 , JAIPUR , INDIA
