Sapinda relationship

Hi all,

We both are in love and we want to get married. We are Hindu Tamil Brahmin .

Our relationship falls under sapinda.

Pease advice how to go ahead with this legally because we want to marry.

Groom > Groom's mother > Mother's father >  mother's great grand father is the X

Bride > Bride's father > Brides grand father is the X.

There is no provision by which a marriage which is carried out between prohibited degrees of relationships can be legalized.

"Sapinda relationship" with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the mother, and the fifth (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the father, the line being traced upwards in each case from the person concerned, who is to be counted as the first.
