I felt proud seeing the advertisement by Mahindra Satyam at the world cup football match venue at South Africa . But felt angry as well . Satyam chief is in the hospital for some treatment eternally . He is fit enough to meet his comrade -in-arms , the relatives , the chosen lawyers by the dozen daily but unfit to stand trial.
We have heard of nexus between D company and the politicians in India , we have heard of nexus between police and the goons , the IAS.COm with the corrupt businessmen , the military with militants . Here we are seeing nexus between the doctors and the dishonest businessman. And our judge is allowing this to happen . What Mr chief justice Ahmadi did to bhopal gas victims . Diluted the charges for the elite criminals . Here the hon'ble judge is allowing Mr satyam Raju to escape law of the land of this most unfortunate country of ours .
We got to change our judiciary to Jury system which will be the only way to deliver justice to the so called elites in India handed over by the hapless homeless landless faceless worthless powerless foodless starving 75 % of our population . We need no constitution but simple commonsense .
