My Name is Manas kumar Palai, i am holding one SBI YATRA CREDIT CARD,Which is limit of 39000. due to some dispute i am failed to clear all the out standing. i am paying only interest. now the out standing is 47000. i asked to SBI people to do the settelement. but theyre saying it is new card so they wont help here to do settlement. but i got this card on sep 2015. it is almost 11 month.. please help here to get it shorted out.

Enggae an able counsel specializing in consumer mattters with all docs on record.
