Lets say I don't have a hard copy of the agreement but have the scan copy of the same... Can a scan copy of any agreement , can be produced as a legal document in court ?

If No, whats the solution or alternative of Hard Copy ?

Photocopies or scanned copies are accepted as original subject to production of original if and when asked for by the Court. You may ask the issuing authority to issue you a duplicate one on the basis of indemnity bond.

In the absence of original copies, it is not advisable to submit photo copies for the sake of filing. Generally court desist from accepting photo copies as a piece of evidence, u can try for the same if the other side fails to raise any objection .
