Sebi ia act 2013- scope

As we all know, sebi is the SRO and mainly covers capital market and related bodies and  as per Sebi IA act 2013, no person can give advise on securities and investment products untill or unless he/she is registered with SEBI.

Here comes this question- Does Commodities Advisor also require to Register with sebi (I know after SEBI FMC merger, commodities would also be considered as Sercurities )?

Does Investment product cover- Commoditiy Futures Also?

What if someone give advice solely on commodties (Those trade in MCX and NCDEX)?

Experts are requested to please share your views.
