I have applied of the re-issue of the Passport recently and even got that one too.
As I received the call for police verification asking of documents for address proof and affidavit, I surprisingly came to know that a case u/s 138 NI act is registered in court, hence the police can’t submit positive report in this regard. As it comes up surprisingly I can’t even recollect if something like this is pending.
I request you all what will be done by the authorities (passport) and what I need to do..?
