Dear Experts,
Actually i am attending the income tax hearing for the AY 2012 - 2013 Under the 148 case, it seems of the case my client already filed of income tax in relevant assessment year in manually but the ITO sent to hime the notice under section 148 and also they are not disclosed why the income tax notice was sent.
And i am enquired with party regarding hide / forgotten of any income or investments but assessee told clearly no. So, In this suituation what will do in this case, please guid me and very urgent.
