SERVING PLAINT THROUGH EMAIL???

CAN WE SEND THE COPY OF PLAINT THROUGH EMAIL WHEN THE PLAINT CANNOT BE SERVED IN THE KNOWN ADDRESS AND EMAIL IS ALSO KNOWN??

WOULD IT BE VALID???

DO WE NEED TO TAKE THE PERMISSION OF THE COURT???

Service by electronic mode of communications has not yet been approved in traditional cases  in courts.But the information technology Act 2000 relies on these evidences in cyber crimes.

Delhi High Court has allowed service through email in some cases........
