Hi Iam praveen,
The property is on my mothers name and my father and mothers are passed away,, we have a house for which our family members ( 3 married son's 2 married daughter's) how much share each of would get if we sell the property to third property and wanted to share among ourselves.
Note :The property is located in Andhra Pradesh.
Can someone suggest me how much share will we get if possible also provide indian penal code numbers if possible.
