I am a sikh and I am planning to cut my hair. I won't be changing my religion though. I want to know the following:
1) What are the legal formalities involved?
2) I have the following documents with my photo - PAN, DL, Passport? How to get them changed to a new identity while keeping the same numbers (official ID number of these) as I have shared those at various places. Will I have to re-apply from scratch or can I just amend these present ones. If yes, then how?
3) I am taking admission in an MBA college this July, I have given my photo with hair to them but while joining I would have cut it. I want to make sure that I am not thrown out of that college due to lack of proof of identity. How should I insure myself against this.
