Query for malafide transfer of PSU employee north east region.
After expiry of 90days to file SLP in supreme court,what is the limit for filing SLP with valid delay condonation
1.By produceing valid long sick medical certificates are certified by govt and pvt hospitals.
2.Non receipt of salary for many months...as delibarate economical suffereing by PSU company so that employee cannot go supreme court...this can by valid reasons
The dealy is almost one year...pls reply asap.
