Spelling Mistake in Registry Deed

Dear Sir,

There is a typing mistake in the name of our company.Instead of AGWANI it has been typed AGVANI.But PAN is rightly typed and We have put our company Stamp (of Director) rightly on the registry original deed.

This error has been noticed on 13.06.2011 and the registry took place on 10.06.2011.

Pls advise regarding the rectification deed process along with the charges (especially Stamp Duty)

Regards
