Spouses work for different psus and place of posting

We husband and wife work for different PSUs in Assam.

Wife is posted at Lepetkata near Dibrugarh, Assam and stays with me at Moran

I am posted at Moran.

My profile doesnt allow me to leave my station ( statutory norms) hence wife makes daily travelling to her office (35KM) one way and returns back 35Km ( one hour one way)

I shall be transferred soon to a new location (digboi, duliajan etc) which will be at a greater distance from the office of my wife, resulting in longer travelling time for my wife (2 hrs 3 hrs one way, 60 to 100 km one side
Is there any provision for such cases, based on which i can write down to my management for not transferring me to a new location as this will disrupt my family life and work life balance.

No provision exists to post you both at the same place. However, suggest to you both to write seperately to your organisations. The contents should be written very humbly. I've firm belief that both of yours prayer will be considered

Transfer of spouse at the same station is applicable (on humanitarian grounds) for central government employees but not in PSUs, however, please consult HR of both of your organisations.
