Hello Sir/Madam,
My father has a commercial property at a slum in Worli since 1973. Recently a builder has shown interest in the redevelopment of the area and we had submitted our documents.
Our Photo Pass being of 1970s , Ration card which was made around the same time along with the Gomustaa Licence.
Still the property has come as ineligible . What are our options?
