i am staying in chawl in mumbai, many people dividing their home in 2,3 or 4 home as SRA scheme is coming.
I want to know by making division they will that many flat. my home is also big aroung 400 sq feet and
i came to know from my friend that we will get around 320 - 340 sq feet flat not more than that. Thus i also
divide my home in to 2 or is there any rule which say that depending on the area of our room you will get flat
area.
