Stamp duty

I have submitted three cases under section 24 of Maharashtra Rent Control Act 1999 for Recovery of possession & Rent @ double the rate after L&L period before Competent Authority & Deputy Collector, Aurangabad. for New building.

1) The rent up to 31March2012 @ double is Rs115,000 (23 Months x 2 x Rs2500).
Out of which Rs31,400 (8Months x Rs2800 + 3Months x Rs3000) is paid.
Thus Rs83,600 (Rs115,000 - Rs31,400) is balance up to 31March2012.

2) The rent up to 31March2012 @ double is Rs78,400 (14Months x 2 x Rs2800).
In addition to this Rs30,800 (11Months x Rs2800 ) of agreement period is unpaid.
Thus Rs109,200 (Rs78,400 - Rs30,800) is balance up to 31March2012.

3) The rent up to 31March2012 @ double is Rs230,000 (23 Months x 2 x Rs5000).
Out of which Rs71,500 (11Months x Rs6500) is paid.

Thus Rs158,500 (Rs230,000 - Rs71,500) is balance up to 31March2012.

The will increase in subsequent months.

How much stamp duty should I pay casewise?

In which format? Court fee stamps, Non-Judicial stamps? or Judicial stamps?
