I am planning to apply for PAN for HUF.
NSDL asks for affidavit for the same.
Recently Maharashtra govt. declared that there is no need of stamp duty on Affidavits.
But its not clear if it is applicable to HUF affidavit as well?
So please tell me if stamp duty is required or not? If yes, what should be value? 100Rs or 200Rs?
