Status of land grab cases in tamilnadu

As per the replies of the I.G. Registration (Tamilnadu), it seems the final order of Justice T.Raja upholding cancellation of bogus documents by Sub-Registrars has been challenged by a few advocates at the Madras High Court and therefore the order has been stayed yet again. However, in a recent circular, The I.G. registration, by a departmental circular has directed all the sub registrars to complete inquiry into complaints of bogus registrations and file the F.I.R while keep pending the issue of cancellation of such bogus registrations till fresh direction is received from the Madras High Court to this effect. I want to know what is the true position regarding cancellation of bogus registrations as of today.
