stay order

It seems you are not aware whether stay was granted or not in favor of the opponent.  What is the hurry for you. The order is binding on you only if it is served on you.  Till then you are not bound by the order.  Therefore you need not chase the order. It is for the opponent to do the needful.  You dont have to do anything.

The stay order have been served to police to stop investigation,I have not recieved to my address.

In online when i view the status of the stay order

Stage: Pending for admission

Last action taken:needful done

Latest order:office to verify.

My lawyer told me that ,my opponent lawyer has sent the stay order only to police and killing

time till level step 2 to submit to the court .Now he has submitted the application to the high court now.

what should i do now to get the letter to my residence so our lawyer can fight against the case.
