Suspension of sentence in appeal 138 ni act

I AM ACCUSED IN 138 CASE AND LOST THE CASE IN MAGISTRATE COURT. NOW I HAVE GONE FOR APPEAL AND SESSIONS COURT TOLD TO TAKE FRESH BAIN WITHIN 30 DAYS (ALREADY COMPLETED THE SAME) AND PAY 30% COMPENSATION AMOUNT WITHIN 60 DAYS.

SINCE I AM UNDERGOING TREATMENT IN ANOTHER CITY I AM UNABLE TO PAY COMPENSATION IN 60 DAYS AND NEED EXTRA 4 WEEKS TO PAY AMOUNT. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO GET EXTRA 4 WEEKS FOR PAYING COMPENSATION AMOUNT AS PER ORDER OF SESSIONS COURT?

Dear querist,

You can ask advocate to make request to court to grant additional time to deposit the compensation amount. Court may allow the application as per your case.

EXTENSION OF TIME TO PAY COMPENSATION AMOUNT IS ALLOWED FOR 4 WEEKS SIR EVEN AS COMPLAINANT I HAVE FACED SIMILAR SITUATIONS FROM PEOPLE WHOM I HAVE FILED CASE AGAINST. YOUR ASSESSMENT OF "CUNNING" WITHOUT KNOWING FACTS ESPECIALLY AS LAWYER SPEAKS VOLUMES. THANKS ANYWAYS.

SIR

HOW MANY CASES ARE AGAINST ME? IF YOU KNOW PLEASE INFORM. "HABITUAL" "CUNNING" WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING. MARVELOUS. I PITY YOUR CLIENTS.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION I HAD 1 CASE IN BANGALORE WHICH IS SETTLED WITH CONSENT TERMS AND I HAVE BEEN ACQUITTED. 1 MORE CASE IN WHICH I HAVE PREFERRED APPEAL. THIS MAKES ME "HABITUAL"?

INSTEAD OF BEING A LAWYER AND PROVIDING REMEDY, YOU ARE BEING A JUDGE AND PASSING ORDERS.

OK SIR

RESPECT YOUR VIEWS & THANK YOU FOR THE SAME.
