Is it Haryana Transport Department or a Coporation?

If the latter case, it needs to be ascertained whether there is provision of tachnical resigation and keeping lien. 

Moreover, it is also not known whether the latter employer is a Government Department or a Board also whether your appointment was consequent to selection through CET.

Anhow, your resignation had not been a technical one, but in the due process.

As such any meaninful suggestion requires that documents be perused and issues discussed.

You may file an application with the state administrative tribunal seeking relief to your grievances with the help of service law practicing lawyer in the local and proceed as suggested

Sir i have already applied for rejoining in haryana roadways head office chandigarh and sent them a application giving all detail about mismanagement in handling my resignation, then they sent a letter to harayana roadways department sirsa and asked about matters , they just misguide them with the reply that he (me) has not given resignation through proper channel and not submitted application to the department wheras i have diary number of application submitted to department now they are trying to legalise there move by denaying that i have not submitted application etc and i also have fear that they can also destroy my documents so that no body blame them and they will tell that i have not given application, i had filed rti a month ago till today they have not given any replay about my copy of application, i think they are suppossing something big to destroy my career 

Further posting, as above, contains more of hearsay and speculation than facts. Please post definite facts based on written communication as well the status of the Haryana Roadways - whether a Government Department or an Undertaking having its own service regulations.

sir both the department haryana roadways and dhbvn are government departments, and i was selected on both post through vaccnacy and exam , and was confirmed as a post of conductor after completing probation period i also have letter of confirmation on post of conductor which was released in 2021 and also have noc from my department to join another service, and this time also i have selected through exam but unfortunately due to some policy issue high court cancelled the whole process,
