Temple land lease continuation

I am in possession of temple land  for past several decades or more than around 80 years properly paying lease amount fixed and directed, collected by temple administration every year so far. Now I am asked to surrender it so that new lease may be announced and am given first priority in action by official suddenly this year....! I got receipt for payment of lease amount every time. Having spent lakhs of rupeesfor better of land.. and now asked to give up... ! Is it right..!

Kindly suggest legal possibililty to continue to posses the land

Thanks sir

Temple administration can't take possession of land without adopting due process of law, if you have any apprehension then file civil suit for injunction against temple administration and get restraind them by injunction that without due process of law you will not be dispossessed

Any suggestion depends upon the terms of the lease and how the land has been occupied/utilised for the past 80 years.
