HI TO ALL ILC MEMBERS
I m a law student. i want to know that what is the procedure of temple registration or create temple trust in Delhi ? Temple is in dda market ? If somebody doesn't have any proof of that particular temple like papers and all but the temple is in possession of a particular family from last 40 years. That family is the care taker of that temple. what is the difference between registration and trust which is more beneficial ? or both r necessary ?
