Tenant not paid rent for 20 months in Tamilnadu state.The tenants Injunction case is disposed by civil court. is this is enough to vacate the tenant. RCOP filed against tenant. The land lord required the house for his own use & to demolise. Is the tenant eligibled to file any other case?
