Last month I gave my house on rent to a company. (They are using it as guest house). As per the agreement they are supposed to pay 2 month deposit & 1 month advance. Monthly rent is 8000/-
After possession they just paid deposit amount. They have not yet paid the rent.
More importantly the HR person does not pick up the phone & also does not respond to mails. I want them to leave the house. What is the process for evictions. I want my house back ASAP.
Can I send notice to vacate the house immediately because of non payment of rent?
