Hi, I made a lease agreement through stamp paper (from CHN, TamilNadu) with my tenant for 11 Months. The lease period completes by Jul 31 2012, and I have approached him to vacate the house with 2 Months notice (as stated in Lease agreement) by Jun 30 2012 since i am intending to sell the property to another. The tenant is saying he cannot vacate the premise before 11 months. Somewhere he is under the impression he is asked ot vacate too early. I also sent a written notice to him for vacating 2 months from today (28th Apr)
I would like to understand what are the actions i can take in case he is more adamant from tomorrow onwards and who is at better favour now.
My agreement is for 11 months and only on mutual consent we can renew the Lease agreement
