i am tenant in shopdoing photoframe and estate agency business in same shop and paying rent rs. 2600 and now renewal agreement for 11 months on simple paper rs. 2550 .my owner have four shops on rent all shop owner is from one family but different name.one shop is given on rent to furniturewala from three years but now doing spraypainting from last four monthhs.,i can,t seat in my shop because of health issue , i not paid rent for three months because of this reason ,owner is telling what i do u vacant shop.now you tell me what i do vacant shop,pay rent or file suit.
