Dear sir , my widow mother 73 years old giving shop on rent without registered agreement but she has taken on written stamp papar from tenants along with 2 witnesses sign FOR SIX YEARS . Now he has denied the vacating shop though he given on writting whenever mother required to vacate - tenenants will vacate . now he didi not vacate the shop inspite of we requested through police. but Police did not help up to satisfactory level . Now he has filed court case and take stay .
Request kindly guide me how to evict him from shop.
