Dear Sir,
A colleague of mine was staying with me for 2 months and last month he stole 20000 and absonded. Although he was abconding his phone was reachable and he was replying to messages saying he dint steal the money. Now his phone is not reachable.
A. Can i file a police complaint now after 1 month ?
B. Is it considered a case of theft or breach of trust as I trusted him and he knew where I had left the cash.
C. Do I need his address to file the complaint and register FIR.
D. I do not have any proof or evidence that he did it. But I know it because he absconded.
