My uncle had put a joint family case against me and my father and won judgement in 18/9/2014 in lower court. We moved RFA in high court which ordered call for records,stay on decree and notice to respondents(uncle) on 28/11/2014.A year is over ands my uncle has not responded yet. How much time as per law is given to them to respond to the notice in RFA cases. Is there no time limitation? What action can we take if they dont respond?
