My grandmother (now deceased) given advace 25 lacs to agriculture land owner in 2016 april, they made agreement as registration will be once they have recevied pass books of land. now we dont have money to register land, last month they have given notice to my mother register land with 30days. how can we get advace amount which we have given to land owner.....
