Adopt their good qualities. follow their foot steps but don't compare your self with them, as you can't be Mahatma Gandhi, you can't be Nehru, you can't be Sachin Tendulkar adopt there good qualities such as hard work, dedication, Leadership Qualities etc....

Sachin ji,

Compare word has a broad sense.

If any one adopts Mahatma's/ Nehru's idealogy they will be called followers of Mahatma/Nehru. Is it not comparision?

Sachin ji, this is not argument.  No human being will become replica of others. A good master is necessary to show good path to its diciple.
