How can i proove if a person is working in a private or MNC? Is there a way to prove in court that a person is earning from a pvt coompany or a MNC?

1. Via letter head hired detective services if proof of working is received then file same in Court and seek summoning of HR Manager with complete up-to-date records and also call the detective for examination as your witness.
2. Via Court summoning witness (HR manager) if company name known
3. Via bank records of salary statements (Branch Manager to authentify statement).
4. Via PF records (A/D Commissioner to authentify statement.
5. Via PAN records from Ward IT Returns (AO to authentify ITR)
6. Via time/date imprinted going / coming to office pics. with office name in mast pic [keep fresh (such) digital media SD card safely without tampering]
7. Via Linkdin professional social media details and then call HR manager as witness with complete up-to-date records.
