Rajesh Kumar & Associates, a reputed law firm engaged in providing legal and Consultancy services in the area of “SERVICE TAX” is organising a “Training Workshop on Service Tax for Entrepreneurs”.
The workshop is designed to assist the entrepreneurs providing various services falling under the Service Tax net, like Interior decorators, fashion designers, Beauty parlours, IT service providers, Consulting Engineers etc. The workshop will help the entrepreneurs in understanding the legal provisions of Service Tax, and will assist them in complying with the law in a fair and tax-efficient manner. It will also help them in avoiding the dispute with the department and heavy liability, which may come upon the young entrepreneurs due to lack of knowledge of the provisions.
The workshop is of One day (10AM to 5PM), on 27.07.2008 (Sunday), at India Habitat Centre (tentatively).
The workshop is organised on No profit No loss basis. Participation Charges are Rs. 5000/-, which includes working lunch, tea, snacks and reading materials. Registration will be offered to 20 persons only, on first come first serve basis.
