Hi,
I had filed revision against Intermin maintenance (125) awarded to my wife. She has also filed revision to enhance the maintenance. Both the cases are in different ASJ courts. Now, my has filed transfer application in District judge court.
Due to some unavoidable reasons, I am unable to attend this hearing at District Judge court. Also my lawyer is out of station during this period. Please suggest how to handle this specific date.
What usually happens in this transfer applications. Is there any argument takes place or Judge will just club both the petition.
