Dear Experts,
Recently, my Father expired intestate (without Will) for his immovable assets (site+building).
We(including myself) are 2 brothers, who are willing to get property transferred in my mothers(wife of my father) name completely.
I would like to know, if we can transfer our share of property in single khata transfer application, or should we first get the property transferred to 3 joint peoples and then issue relinquishment certificate to transfer our shares to my mother.
