Your query is not clear.  However, to my understanding, you have to follow the terms and conditions of the Trust deed.

the trust is a religious institutions having a registered constitution with Bombay Public trust
but thier actions are based on the Parent Body
suppose if they have election they are doing as per sec of the parent body
why not theirs own constitution

There would be a memorandum of understanding and that appears to have been framed under the constitution of trsut, that is it is valid

What does Managing trustee for lifetime means a priest designation in trust is priest 

And in later part he is given as status of managing trustee for lifetime 

As a priest he will be transferred after 3-4 years 

But still have command over the truse till his death
