Two cases against the same person

Can two or more cases of civil nature against the same individual be heard by the court as one case? Are there any prior judgments where such a thing has happened?

Read provision of order II Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, if both suits are instituted on same cause of action.

Seek guidance of your professor / tutor / guide for such academic / time pass topic(s) posted regularly by you.

Avoid using the forum for "quiz" or "written examinations" for various law students as you have been advised of the purpose of the forum is to guide the needy litigants on actual issues in real-time.  30th query and first query in the month of July from you.  Please understand that no one is discouraging you in your earnest interest in learning, the only advice is there are hundred other ways to learn.

A joint trial may be permitted by court on the parties to the suit filing a petition before the court competent to conduct joint trial of both the suits if they satisfy the requirements for joint trial
