I have bought a villa which is rera approved. The approved layout does not show the promised club house and swimming pool etc. The same builder is executing another project (rera approved) where he is constructing club house and swimming pool.He is offering 4% UDS on club house, swimming pool and other common area of the other project where I have not bought even 1 sq in of property . Is it possible to offer UDS to someone who has not bought even a sq inch in that property I am under the impression that right to UDS is aquired by people only who have bought a part of the propety. Am I right??
