Sir, an elected government cannot be "dissolved". However, Lok Sabha or the State Legislative Assembly can be disslolved under Articles 85 and 174 respectively. Also, people cannot remove the government. However, their elected representatives can pass such a motion in Assembly. The government can be ultimately dissolved by the recommendation of the Council of Ministers to the President or the Governor, as the case maybe. Also, the outcomes of these steps is also resignation of Cabinet of Ministers. the rulling party keeps on rulling however the decision taking power is gone as the majority in the Assembly influences the decisions.
