a post garduate person do regesterd a TIN no. and start some contract work since a year. now can he comes under the category of educated unemloyed? can he take the benifit of category of educated unemploed? can he apply for the govt post reserve for educated unemployed??

when he is self employed how come he will be considered as unemployed?

i thnk there is lots of diffrece between unemployed and edducated unemployed. a business person may not be a unemployed but he can comes under catgory of educated unemployed.
