I am purchasing constructed house in Bangalore.
Person 'A' is the legal owner and did a Notary public GPA to person 'B'. B has did sale deed in 1995 and sold to person 'C'. After that the property is purchased by 2 people via sale deed's. Now in 2021 can I purchase this property? Some lawyers say as per supreme court judgement unregistered GPA are valid before 2011. Plz clarify?
