Hello Everyone.
I am in great trouble.
I am a trader dealing in buying and selling of securities. A friend of mine is also in the similar field but has more expierence and knowledge so we agreed that he will give me suggestions and i will trade on it and provide with 30% profit to him.
For the first few days it was all good, i made a profit of 70,000+ so as agreed between us i deposited 22k in his account.I AM HAVING PROOF.
As per our agreement( It was a chat on whatsapp)- he promised to help me make 5000-8000 daily (it is clearly mentioned) and in case of losses- he said that he will take care of losses.
Since then 3.5 months have passed, i haven't made a single rupee and whenever i say to him to make a settlement/refund that 22,000 he is just not refunding . He is just saying that he will help me out and everytimes postpones the matter.
I know i was a fool but i want suggestions what legal help can i get in this case. Can police help me in this case.
